We are a family-run business with over 35 years of experience in the roofing trade and have dealt with every kind of roofing issue that we are ever likely to come across.  From simple repairs to complete roof renewals, we have worked on everything from garden sheds to listed tenement buildings. 

We are committed to providing a reliable, high quality and professional roofing service, ensuring complete customer satisfaction from initial project planning through to completion.  We understand how important your project is to you and appreciate that confidence in the company you are dealing with is key.  We also know how stressful it can be if you require emergency assistance.  Our experience, knowledge and passion enables us to offer a superior, bespoke customer experience.

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers.  However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.  To ensure that we are able to put things right as soon as we can, click here to see our complaints procedure.

In the unlikely event you remain dissatisfied with the way the complaint has been dealt with or what has been proposed, your complaint can be escalated to either the Federation of Master Builders Dispute Service or as a Which? Trusted Trader we can use the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman.
